I went into my invoice for the first time in months, looking for a way to get credit for my non pyaing buyers..and found something really strange. I found 12 instances where I was charged for image hosting, (should have been just regular listings for .05, since i had gone over 50) for items that were put up using Vendio. They weren't added later or used for anything other than my reguler auctions.These are personalized hand made items..no one else would want these pictures.
When I click on some of them, they aren't even the items listed, but entirely different items.
Very strange. Why am I being charged extra for these items?

Hello,
Are there any specific items that we can check into for you? Typically image hosting fees are the result of either items resubmitted directly via eBay, or some error where we were unable to confirm the launch of the item and it was never tracked into your account. Feel free to request a refund on any items where this was a Vendio error or image theft.

I'm not sure what numbers to give you or how to get the money back. It is really strange. In most instances, when I click on the auction number, it isn't items that go with that auction. Like the picture would be for an item, but not the item in that auction.
These were items put up via Vendio..and they say hosting next to them.
I just want the charges to stop.

Will this help? Some of the photo's dont' go with the auctions. If you go to the very first item, you'll see it's a bus calendar..yet the picture I've been charged for is one of a an enitrely different item. I see more charges have happened. Help!!

Hello,
The first one is an auction hosted by sparedollar. I don't see the image hosted by us. Are these relisted items and if so, do you relist them directly on eBay?

And the picture, if you right click on it..is also hosted by Sparedollar...so why are you getting paid. When I host through SD, I put the picture up through them.
I did not relist any of these direct through ebay. If you look at them, you'll see I put them up through you.
Even the ones towards the bottom, were just recently put up through you..so why am I being charged to host the pictures? Im holding off listing/relisting my 200 or so auctions, until this is settled.

by the way...it doens't even make any sense. It says it's the bowl picture..this is a bus calendar for sale. The bowl will come off tomorrow.
Am I getting credit for these, and will this stop?

I hope I am not being charged for images either. I have images listed through spare dollar that I notice have been imported into vendio. I haven't listed anything with vendio yet.....
This would not be a good thing!!!!

I'd like to start listing again..however I won't until I find out what all these charges are on my account. Seems like you assume I put stuff up on SD using your picture hosting and that assumption would be incorrect.
I want these charges credited, and I want Vendio to stop charging me for pictures I'm not using through you. 90% of the zutions I listed were put up through Vendio, and yet I was charged hosting fees. Why?

No, I didn't. I don't even know how. And again, the wierd thing is, when you click on the auction number, those pictures is most instances, have nothing to do with the auction they are shown with on my bill.
To add a little fuel to my fire, I got my Vendio bill today. It was hefty, and I'm not happy that I got charged for some things that I shouldn't have. YOu know I never check my bill..I think I learned something from this..I wonder how many times I've paid for something I haven't used.
I'm not listing through you until it's cleared up.

Thank you for the refund..now, how do I stop it from charging me again? Or in other words, do you have an answer as to why it charged me in the first place?
