I believe that I listed auction #2775260035 directly with eBay; however, it is not appearing in Sales Manager (SM) post sale. Is there a way to import listings into SM? Or is this a limitation of SM (any listings to be tracked in SM must be originated from Vendio)?

Hello Ted,
That is correct, only items that originate directly from Vendio will track automatically into your account.
You can easily import auctions in your account by using the Track Auction feature. From the control panel page, click on the "track auction" link and select one of the options listed on the next page (outlined below):
Option 1 - Track by Auction Site ID
Enter your Auction Site ID and the auction site from the drop down menu and click GO;
Option 2 - Track by Item Number
Enter the item number and the auction site from the drop down menu and click GO.
