I have 52 eBay auctions which did not launch due to the following problem. I have tried to edit them, and also fix any preference problems in both Vendio and eBay auction management, but for the life of me they still just come up with this error message and do not successfully launch to eBay. So,
suggestions please! When I edit, I am choosing 'ship internationally' and have turned off the feature that allows a bidder to enter their own shipping information. I am a Canadian seller. What can be done please so that I can get these going?
Error 97: Contradictory shipping locations.
Contradictory shipping locations were specified, or, shipping locations were specified with AutoPay turned on. Individual shipping regions can not be selected when choosing the single country only or ship internationally
Are these relists? Did you edit them when they were live and add in the immediate payment option? If so, we do not support Immediate Payment yet. We plan to support it in the near future. If that is not the case, please let us know.
