Everytime my husband tries to type a new Ebay auction through Sales Manager, he has to wait and wait while it loads categories. This happens with EVERY auction. How do we fix this?

The way I've fixed this is to have "dummy auctions" with pre-selected categories under "pending". When I want to list, I copy a dummy listing, modify it, attach an image and launch or schedule...no more waiting for categories to load!
