I have an auction that failed to launch last Friday and it failed to launch today. It keeps saying "Error 353: Java script not allowed. Either your Description, Location, or Checkout Instructions has Java script that is not allowed." I don't know java script and don't know what it is. I don't even know very much html. I put this auction together the same way I did my others, on the Vendio Sales Manager. Can you please tell my how to get this to launch without errors? I want to try to launch this auction again on Wednesday but fear it will fail again if I don't find out what is causing the problem. Thanks
Sorry for the delay, this was a very odd error to run into. I took all of the information over to eBay directly to test with to see what they are misunderstanding to be bad Java code and suprisingly it turned out to be the filename of the images themselves.
I saved that listing into your pending section with the exact same images attached, but after saving them and re-uploading them into your account with new filenames and eBay is now accepting them without this strange JavaScript error message.
You will be able to resubmit this item as needed without error now.
