I DO NOT wish to list ANY item unless I personally hit a re-list button. Why are some items being re-listed without my knowledge?
And what exactly is the RECYCLE bin?? I delete items that have sold ( so as to to clutter my image roll or mistakenly sell an already sold item) and put them in archive. Is this wrong?
Hey, I'm new to all this and need all the 'help' I can get.
On two occassions Vendio has RE-LISTED SOLD items TWICE!! So I have to go to eBay and correct this and then ask for refunds! And the same with Vendio.
Waste of time and has made one customer ask what 'is going on', you already sold this to me!!!?

Hello gitajoy,
Items will only relist automatically when setup to do so when created. You have to manually select this option when you list.
In your currently active auctions you have this option enabled on items 3651335620 and 3651335386.
To disable the automatic relist function, take the following steps:
-Click the Active link in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
-Click the check-box next to the items you wish to disable, and select the 'Set Auto-Relist' button.
-Click the down-arrow key under the "Times to Relist" column. Select the blank line (top entry in the menu.)
-Click the "Submit" button. You will not see a confirmation, but the circular auto-relist icon will be removed from the Sales Manager list if you successfully disabled the function.
Note that there are two places where this can be enabled. The first is within the listing itself, so just be sure you do not choose this option when listing. The second is found via the My Account tab, under the eBay Site Specifics link. The option is exactly the same, so you may want to check to be sure you dont have this option setup as a default, or you would need to disable it each time you list. The following image is what this setting looks like in both locations:
