I sent this in an email to Chris with Customer Support 2 days ago - haven't heard back from anyone - perhaps off for the weekend? 1)What is the tech support level over weekends for Vendio - could someone please get back to me and let me know?
Is it to be expected to take over 2 days for a response to a tech question??
Also, please respond on previous questions -thanks.

Thanks Chris for enabling whatever function that you did - this is what I was trying to achieve - but I really need to know WHAT you did so that I know what to do for my next listing, OK? Please get back to me on what you enabled, and exactly where this is, and what I need to do so that this works for me in the future. Was there something that I could have done myself, or was this function needing to be enabled by a Vendio staffer all along? WHY ARE THERE NOT CLEAR STEP=BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS for these questions somewhere? Also, why is the order of the images re-arrranged, and how do I get them back in the order that I need them to be in so that they follow the order of the text description?
Also, when I go into my Account, why is there a .10 charge owing for an image? I thought that during the 2 week free trial everything was free? This was for the terrible listing that I stupidly launched to ebay and cancelled as quickly as I could after - EEK! Have I misunderstood - is there a Vendio .10 charge to me for every picture that I use in my listings, even during this free trial period?
Please help me out here - I am having a very tough time making any headway using this service and am feeling very frustrated - I love the creative templates, but the service seems very user unfriendly and I have to wait until I hear back from a vendio staffer before I make any headway - and you folks are, I'm sure, very busy and can't respond right away.
I appreciate all your assistance to date - please tell me what specifically was done,etc., so that I am less dependent.

Hello Sandra,

The "click to view larger version" option may be enabled or disabled by following these steps:

-Click on the "My Account" tab
-Click on the "Global Preference" link
-Check or uncheck the box for "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation"
-Click "Save Preferences"

Again, this is something I already turned on for you, so all of your future listings will adhere to this setting. It will not change any existing items though, which I why I fixed that one item in your pending section for you.

The only times you would be charged during the free trial, is if an image was used in a listing that was not listed or relisted directly from Vendio using the Sales Manager. If this is not one of your own listings, someone may have linked to your image in their own auction, causing this charge to appear.

Feel free to request a refund if that is the case. You can click on the item number beside the item on your statement to see which auction it was.
