I just had an auction end last night and had someone from Denmark win. Unfortunately, I don't ship out of the USA (and it clearly says that in my listings several times - and I also have a huge flashing banner that says "Shipping in USA Only" ) so either he can't read or he just disregarded my TOS.
But now that he's bid, how do I get my fees back without actually filing a NPB alert? And I don't want to give him a negative just because he didn't follow my wishes. It's not that he isn't willing to pay...he just didn't read (or just didn't care) that it said no shipping outside USA a bunch of times. So how do I recoup my fees?
Unfortunately you can't really get your fees back unless you file for it on eBay. I am not certain you need to give him a negative, you can probably offer it to the next highest bidder via second chance if you still want to sell the item.
