Have just started using the Post Auction checklist in earnest (time to get into the 21st Century and stop doing everything by hand!). In any case, there seems to be a problem with the PayPal synch ... about 1/2 my PayPal payments are NOT synching so they are not showing up as paid in the Vendio Post Auction checklist. Yeah, I know they are on the "My eBay screen" as "paid" but the point of the Vendio Post Auction Checklist is to be able to work from one screen only, right?! And, not have to cross reference, right?! Is this a problem that everyone is experiencing?

Also - a suggestion. If a buyer did NOT go through Vendio checkout and pays by check or money order (or if the PayPal synch did not work), you have no way to input their address into Vendio in order to 1) have this for your electronic records and 2) print a packing slip/address label. Since you have added a way to modify the body copy on the packing slip ... can't you give us a way to MODIFY THE NAME & ADDRESS on the packing slip? That way we can manually input names/addresses for buyers who haven't done the checkout. I can't see any reason why this couldn't work. Vendio support -- Any comments??

Hi Lennonhall,

Are you set up with the PayPal IPN? If you activate it, your payments from PayPal will automatically record in your Vendio Post Sale, with step 3 checking off. Here is the link that contains directions on what to do:

http://www.vendio.com/promo/mailstep/ipn_tran.html

Regarding your suggestion -- you can add in buyer information, all you have to do is deselect step two in post sale (if it is checked off), then edit the response so you can input your buyer information.

Regards,

Sonya

Of course we are set up with PayPal IPN. You could have checked that yourself. I wouldn't have asked the question if I weren't set up for it and you could have check that out yourself.

Hello,

Actually we cannot check if you are set up with the PayPal IPN, as it would require logging into your PayPal account and seeing if you put in the URL. Do you have any examples available right now, that we can take a look at?

Regards,

Sonya
