Tried to send a WBN to a buyer using excite.com as it's ISP, got bounced back with the following rejection notice:

Note: I cleared out the email address of the buyer (replaced with <username removed>from this notice to ensure their privacy.

Can someone from Vendio contact excite about getting them unblocked?
