I successfully finished my very first group of sales! However, I have customers who are complaining that the Vendio check out is too complicated and a hassle. They exclaim that going straight through Paypal is easier and more streamline. I don't know what to tell them. Also, in my post sales there are items that have sold via "My Ebay" but they are not listed in my Vendio Post Sales listings. Now its a hassle for me too to cross check every sale. Pretty much I feel that your post sale tally is unreliable. Unless I am doing something wrong. Also, do I ignore Ebay's links to send an invoice when I've sent one through vendio? Please respond.
Unfortunately, many people don't like to fill out forms -- if they want to go straight through PayPal and you want to record your sales in Post Sale, one recommendation would be to set yourself up with the PayPal IPN so that the payment a customer makes will record in your Vendio Post Sale. Click here to read the directions on how to activate the IPN. You will still likely have to fill out steps 1 and 2, which if you are doing a large volume of listings can get tedious, so you may want to try different things such as suggest in your WBN and your Checkout messages that filling out the Checkout is quick and easy, and it helps to expedite your order and avoid delays.
Regarding the items you say sold via My Ebay -- do you have the item numbers for them? You can use Track Other Listings to get them in your Vendio account, however you won't be able to use post sale on them if you didn't launch them through Vendio.
If you sent an invoice through Vendio, you will probably want to ignore sending one through eBay as well, so you do not confuse the customer with two invoices.

Sonya

Ok one more thing. I mistakenly did a "launch now" on 10 items on the 22nd of January. Then, I cancealed them right away and rescheduled the launch on the 25th (all same exact items) Can I be credited for the 22nd?
