I just sold an iten # 3456719624 and she was charged Sales tax and she told me that usually she is not charged. Why do you think this happened she is questioning me. Also the majority of my customers do not think I take Paypal when they go thru Vendio what is the problem this customer was one of them.

Hello there,
Our system is set up so that the buyer has to manually add tax to the order. The buyer will be presented with a menu where they can select the tax amount to be applied - in the case of this order the buyer applied 9.75% tax. I can't tell you why this was done, but it was done from the buyer's side. You can insert some text in post-sale including instructions for your buyers with regard to sales tax - this field can be edited under My Account -> Post Sale Mgt. Options.
As for why some of your customers would think you don't take Paypal, I'm not sure on that either as you have your account set up with Paypal offered as a payment option and your listing contains the Paypal logo. If you can provide some specific examples of listings where the buyer thought you didn't accept Paypal we could dig a little deeper for you.
