We are a new to using Vendio.

I have the shopping cart checked and auto combine days set to 2.

I currently have winning auctions listed for the 27th, 28th and 29th but no combining has occurred.

Shouldn't the system have combined the 27th and 28th on the 29th? Today is the 30th.

PS: forgot to mention there are multiple winners across all 3 days

Hi there,

These listings should auto-combine if the option was selected before they closed. Was the option selected after the listings closed? If so, you can still manually combine them from Post-Sale -> Combinable Items.
