When a customer leaves feedback with E-Bay...is this automatically recorded in the Sales Manager Post Sale files

Hi there,

Feedback received is automatically recorded in post-sale (this is step #9) - you must submit feedback manually, but you can do this in batches.

Thank you so much....could you answer a question for me about my customer manager? I have left an message on that site...but I don't have an answer yet....(I know, I know I am too impatient..LOL!) But I have set aside this afternoon to really learn these programs and set up my store.
