To relist through Vendio, I have been selecting the items from "unsold" items, scheduling far in the future, (I get the message that the item is not eligible for relaunch but I just go ahead)....I then cancel the scheduled auction from "pending", edit and then schedule launch within the "allowed" 30 day period....

Am I getting those listings launched as "relists" or new auctions or have I lost the old item # reference when I do it that way? Will the old item refer to the relisted item??

I have been doing things this way for MONTHS and have never really checked my bill to see if I have gotten credit on the relist from eBay if the item sells. I have a sinking feeling that those relists are getting launched as new items and not as relists..PLEASE TELL ME I AM WRONG!

Hello,

They should be seen as relists on eBay asd long as it's within the 30 day period, and meets eBay's requirements for a relist. If you are getting charged and you question the nature of the charges, let us know the original item ID number and the relisted ID number so we can check into it further for you.

Regards,

Sonya
