The only support provided is you can import 2nd chance offers into Sales manager using the "Track other Listings" function (on the Sales Manager tab). This works best if you import it right after you send the 2nd chance offer through eBay.
You can also import it after the buyer uses BIN, but it may not move to Post-Sale as smoothly.
Either way you still need to manually edit the shipping amounts and your inventory.
This is one area I don't blame Vendio too much for, since eBay has been slow to add the API for 2nd chance.
