I understand that when a customer leaves feedback with E-Bay it should automatically update the post sale data base...but this doesn't appear to be happening...does it take awhile?
This is an automatic step that should happen once your buyers leave you feedback. If you have items that don't have the step automatically checked, let us know the ID numbers so we can investigate.
