I constantly get emails from customers saying, "Your checkout does not work, what should I do now?"
Apparently there is a dalay in the checkout recognizing the winner of the auction.
After a period of time, from them writing me, me getting the email open, and me getting to the checkout, I try it and it works, and I have to ask them to try it again.
This constant flow of emails saying the checkout does not work did not used to happen.
Is it possible there used to be a faster system in place to recognize the winner and allow the checkout to work sooner after a purchase?

Hello there,
I notice you list a fair number of fixed-price items. Would you say that the problem is more prevalent for your fixed-price items, or have you increased the number of fixed price items you are listing?

Many and most of my items are fixed priced, so I would agree that when I hear these complaints about the checkout not recognizing them as the buyer, it would most likely always be on a fixed priced item.
Of course with an auction, the buyer is not always sitting at the computer waiting to pay as the auction closes, as might more likely be the case on a fixed price item.

Hi there,
Would it be possible for you to provide us with some item numbers where this happened? It would be helpful to know 1. the item number, and 2. when the customer tried unsuccessfully to check out relative to when the item was actually purchased.
We would be happy to take a look, but we do need some examples to do so.
