my customers are having a hard time with the vendio check out. It seems that it won't let them add in shipping cost that my cost more than whats already there. I'm confused to.

Hello,

Vendio Checkout does not allow the cusotmer to edit the shipping. It must be specified by you upon launch, unless you are using USPS Priority Calculated.
