I have my preferences set to automatically send a WBN Reminder after 3 days, but how do I know it got sent? The fulfullment checklist still has the date that the original WBN was sent.
Since I didn't know, I went ahead and sent one manually, the date didn't change when I did that either.
So I have 2 questions:
1. How do I know if a WBN Reminder was sent?
2. Is there a way to set my preferences so I'm copied on all emails that are sent to my customers?
Unfortunately there is no log kept in Post Sale of the WBN reminder being sent. If you have it set to go out automatically it will go out for sure after 3 days on its own so you do not have to worry about your customer not getting the reminder.
The only post sale notice you can copy to yourself is the actual WBN. You can set this up in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options.
