I have been receiving many automated reports in the last few days from email processing servers stating that a message I have sent was blocked or deleted because it contained a Virus, am using Customer manager pro and have a vendio email address, what is going on? does vendio have a virus protection in place?

Hello,
Customer Manager blocks any virus attachments that might get sent to you. It is possible you got hit by a virus on another email client that is sending itself out to your customers. We recommend you do a virus check on your computer so that you can get rid of any possible viruses. After you do this, send me an email at [email protected] so we can see if I get the email, or if it gets returned back to you due to a virus.
Regards,
Sonya

Hello,
I received your message and I replied back to it. Which ISPs were returning your emails? Does this happen with a certain type of message? Also, did any of these emails have attachments? It could be that the ISPs you are sending email to, have high spam and virus filters up due to recent attacks of virus such as that My Doom virus. They may be blocking attachments.
