Is there a problem with Sales Manager tracking GTC listings? Over the weekend I was checking my inventory against my ebay listings - auction & GTC store listings. I
found a couple of ebay GTC store listings that were not being tracked in Vendio Sales Manager. In one instance there were 2 separate GTC listings, yet I only have one of the item & Sales Manager only indicated one of the item as an active listing. Thinking this was just a fluke I corrected these errors by deleting the extra listings.
However I have today found another example & will leave it until I know what is causing this problem. My ebay ebay Item number: 3437999123, GTC store listing since Oct 27, my SKU 918 tz ha. Sales Manager indicates one item available & no active listings.
I have a second listing of an identical item, ebay GTC Item number: 2682403625, launched Dec 31, my SKU 218 tz hj - this one is correct.
I have never been able to trust Sales Manager inventory because it has allowed launching of items I don't have in inventory. I thought that the GTC would free me of that problem. Help as I need a reliable inventory system to keep track of thousands of items.

Hello,
I looked up your inventory and saw two entries for "Purple Tanzanite Swarovski CrystalFrench Comb" -- one states one is at auction, the other states that one is available. I see you have two active right now -- were they both launched from your inventory?
Also, you state that item 2682403625 has the SKU of "218 tz hj" but when I look up that SKU in your inventory it returns an entirely different item from what the item number is.
Please clarify this all with us so we can work on getting down to the root of the problem.

Another: ebay GTC Item number: 3437999122, listed 10/27; my SKU 918 am ha GTC. Sales Manager shows one available & zero active listings.

Hello,
This is actually the first instance of this problem that I have seen. Please let me know the names and item numbers of the auctions that are not referenced properly in your inventory (showing quantity available of 1 and quantity at auction 0, and so forth). Please confirm with us as well, once again, that you want them to say 'quantity at auction 1'. I will see what I can do about getting your inventory reset for those items.
