Hi,
Could anyone tell me how to change the shipping and handling fees in an invoice to customize it for my international shipping? My customers tell me that they can't change the shipping and handling on the invoice they get from me for their international shipping fees. I want to know if I can go into the post sale management part and change the shipping and send out a customized invoice for those customers. If not, does anyone else have any ideas or can you share with me what you do for sending out invoices to your international customers who each one has a different postage and handling amount rather than the one that was listed in the auction when it was launched? Any help is very welcome.....Thanks so much....Karen

Hello Karen,
Click on the post sale keys beside this item, then uncheck steps one and two if they are already darkened.
Next, use the little icon next to step one to edit the WBN, then resend it with your changes.
