ok i cleared my cache, closed everything down..i cant upload images to vendio with bulk uploader or one by one...this has happened several times before..there must be some technical issues at Vendio but by the time you answer my question the problem has cleared! I am not a happy camper!! I had several west coast items i wanted to list tonight but apparently wont be able to!!

I worked on trying to upload those images for 1 1/2 hours..I really wanted to launch those auctions on THURSDAY ..not FRIDAY!!! I finally gave up because the connection timed out even when I tried to upload one by one!! I didn't close my browser or sign out of Vendio and went to bed..this am, using the same browser, same Vendio connection I uploaded them in seconds...it HAS to be Vendio!! I had no problem with other sites or other parts of the Vendio site! Were you doing maintenance on Image Hosting last night?? Did anyone else have problems?? (or am I the only one trying to upload at that late hour?)

We were not experiencing any technical issues at that time. It is most likely related to your ISP having trouble connecting to our servers at the time of your upload. We recommend that you contact your ISP if this happens again to see if they are experiencing any problems at that time.

But I could access other sites, and other parts of your site (sales manager for example) without delays or interuption of service...????? Wouldn't those be affected if this were an ISP issue (comcast broadband is my ISP)

Hello,
Uploading is separate from viewing pages since you are basically transferring a file from your computer to your account online. Also, if you have large images you trying to upload, there is the possibility of them timing out due to size. I checked to see if there were other image upload problems around the same time that you posted about this, and unfortunately I did not find any other incidents which means it was probably related to your connection at that time.
