The postsale feedback submission feature at vendio seems to be malfunctioning. I wanted excellent feedback logged for an excellent customer before she received the parcel from me. I entered feedback on 2/9/04 via the vendio postsale link to submit feedback. After a time of "processing" the page rolled over and the feedback submitted box was auto-checked by the vendio system, not by me manually.
It is now at the end of 3 days later and when I went to leave feedback for my sellers I see that this buyer of mine still has no feedback entered for her yet at ebay. Not only did I not get to leave her early feedback, but she has left feedback for me and vendio has recorded it before vendio transfered mine for her.
The auction in question is 3269131834. Why is there no feedback at ebay? How unreliable has this feature of postsale now become? Do we now need to go to ebay and check up on vendio? That sort of eliminates the benefits of automation.

I have tested this and my feedback has gone through. Did you leave your feedback through the fulfillment checklist or through Post Sale? If you left it through Post Sale, were you leaving it with another set of auctions at the same time?

On the postsale summary page I clicked the postsale row of buttons on the account, scrolled down to the manage feedback section where nothing was done or checked off yet, selected the default feedback comment I wanted to leave, and selected the submit feedback button. The page rolled over to the one with the "Processing" status message in italics that usually occurs. When I came back to check the account later to be sure it had gone through, the status of the feedback was given as submitted with that day's date on it (2/9) and the box had been checked off as a part of the automatic software process. I just believed it--I didn't think to go to ebay and see if it was faulty.
In light of this episode, this isn't the first time I have had this happen, but the last time when I got to ebay and saw missing feedback I just thought I had made the mistake-- thought I remembered leaving it via vendio earlier but must not have. Then of course back at vendio the feedback was checked off as submitted because I had done it at ebay, and I didn't think to look to compare dates. This is the first time I know for sure the problem is a vendio software malfunction. It seems that most go through and some don't. Thinking back through the threads I think at least one other person wrote in similar things awhile back. Any ideas?
On the 9th, there was a problem on eBay's end that caused some serious delays in auctions not going from active to post sale. We were able to fix the problem that day, however it may have affected leaving feedback for your buyers. We've tested post sale feedback and it is working properly, so this is most likely due to the problem that occurred on the 9th. I will check back for former threads regarding this issue.

Thanks--much appreciated. I didn't have any trouble with my auctions posting for the 9th, fortunately.
The insecurity I start to feel as a vendio user created by something like this isn't so much that there is a glitch, but that glitches are happening with potential less than optimal results in customer relations without any indication they are there.
