Is it only me? Every time I try to launch an auction that requires auction item specifics, I fill all out fields, then when auction posts on eBay, all fields are blank! I have to revise these auctions every time to include specifics. If I ignore the item specific area, Vendio won`t let me schedule launch until I waste my time filling out this worthless area. There has got to be a better set-up than this. Also, as long I`m venting, when relisting an unsold item, I`ve tried using Edit to revise auction before re-launch, only to have auction re-launch exactly as it ended, forcing me to go through revising process at eBay, wasting my time again. There, I feel better now!

Sorry to hear of your frustrations with the tools currently, we should be able to work out this issue with you.
First, on the items listing without specifics, if you had any examples that I could use to test with, just let me know the item number and I'll dig a little deeper on that issue. Thus far I haven't come across any issues with eBay picking up the item specifics when specified on the Vendio side, but perhaps there is a category-specific issue with yours.
As for the relist items not holding your edited content, when you are on the edit page there are a number of ways in which you can return the previous page to then list/schedule your items. There is the back button on your browser, a built in Return button as well as a built in Save button at the bottom of the page. Only the blue Save button will actually save the changes made and apply those to your relist. Clicking the Save button will still return you to the page where you can list/schedule your item.
