For 2 days now I have tried to list items to Ebay but I can't get past choosing the Category. When I click continue,Category comes up again but it's blank, I rechoose my Category, click continue....same thing! What gives? Anyone else with this problem?

This the problem you have described may be occurring because you are using an older browser version that does not support javascript, or you do not have javascript enabled in your browser.
If you are using an older browser version, you might consider upgrading your browser to the latest version. You should be able to do this from the browser developer's website.
If you are using a more recent version, please check your security settings, and make sure javascript is enabled. If javascript is enabled, but your setting is on high, try lowering the setting as this may help.
