When I use the URL to post a pic it can be written:
Full size or with thumbs.
Is there a way to post a mid sized pic?

I'm hosting pic on Vendio.

We don't offer this option. It can be done by resizing the pic and then uploading it as a second pic. Try a naming scheme that will not get you confused. Like...

Original_Picture_Name.jpg
Original_Picture_Name_MidSize.jpg
