Using Vendio Services and Customer Manager.
1. We list a lot of items through Vendio.
2. We like to archive items that have shipped to keep things neat and tidy.
3. When someone writes with a question or concern about their item, in customer manager, you can see history, and transactions related to the email, but if the item has been archived, the transaction details, or tracking number can not be seen or found easily.
4. One must go to archived items and try to find the item to un-archive to be able to see detail.
5. It would be nice to be able to un-archive at the History: transaction screen without having to go through a bunch of screens to try and find it to unarchive to get the information needed. The item needed to un-archive is right at the history screen already.
