I have started a new seller ID on ebay but want to keep the old one as well. I want to keep selling collectibles under the old ID but want to sell handmade items with the new ID. Do I have to download a second bulk lister with its own information or can I use ONE Sales Manager Pro? Thanks for your help!
You may only store one eBay ID in your Vendio account. You can open up a second Vendio account for your other eBay ID. We usually recommend installing 2 copies of Pro on your computer, since it makes it easier to handle two Vendio IDs, but you are welcome to use just one -- you would need to change the user ID in Preferences and synchronize each time, which could take some time depending on the amount of images you have in both accounts. If you would rather try installing 2 copies, let us know, and we will provide you with directions if necessary.
