I had an auction that stuck in the pending file a couple of weeks ago, but it did list on eBay. It didn't sell, but now it is not in my closed file, and I can find no record of it anywhere. How can I relist it please? If I do it directly through eBay, I will be charged 10 cents for all the pictures.

Can you try the link in Vendio Sales Manager to TRACK OTHER LISTINGS?

Put in the ebay item number you wish to track. (This would be the item that listed and closed without a bidder.)

Hopefully it will import it into Closed for you after a little while.

Be sure and continue clicking all of the buttons asking to confirm your desire to import the listing.

Thank you so much, that worked. Do you think I will be charged 10 cents for each picture if I now relist it now? I listed it originally through Vendio.

Hello,

No, if you track the item back into your vendio account and relist it from the closed section in Vendio you will not see any image hosting fees as a result.

Regards,
Christopher

Hello,

Unfortunately it looks like you are going to have to list this one directly on eBay, due to the glitch you experienced when you originally listed the item. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Sonya

If I do list directly from eBay Sonja, will I be charged 10 cents for each of the 12 pictures by Vendio?
