I continue to have trouble with categories not loading - I posted this concern a couple of days ago - I'm a long time Vendio (Auction Watch) used and have never had this problem before - Help!!!

Hello Susan,
I believe eBay has recently updated their categories, which means that the category map on our site must also be updated. This may cause the delay in your categories loading - please try again, and note that it can take several minutes the first time. If the page hangs or times out, try clearing your browser cache, and restart your computer.
Let us know if you continue to experience problems.

I cleaned my cache, restarted the computer and categories still do not load - Get the following message at the bottom of the page - a yellow triangle with the word done, but with errors on the page. Hopefully there's a fix as it's way too time consuming to manually look up category numbers and enter them.

Hello Susan,
That little yellow triangle you are referring to indicates that the browser is having a technical problem displaying the page properly.
If this persists you may actually need to reload your browser software. Just double check that you have JavaScript enabled in your security settings before going to that next step of reloading as this is typically the result of changes to the Java settings in the browser itself rather than actual program corruption.
