When I try to attach images, it comes up "In order to be able to launch to E-bay or to attach images to existing E-bay items you must have an E-bay account saved with Vendio" Place to click on to add account. I have gone thru that, it comes up that I have an account with Vendio. I have been with E-bay for 4 years and Vendio for approx. 3 yrs. I have e-mailed Vendio twice and still have not got an answer to what the problem is. It looks like that Vendio has got my account info messed up somehow. I am at my wits end trying to get this straightened out. I have been trying now for 4 days to get this taken care of. PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
A while back you had an account under the username snowbird99 with Vendio with your eBay ID stored within.
This account was actually still open, so I went ahead and closed it and moved your eBay ID over into your active Vendio account with the same name.
Just click on the My Account tab, then the Auction Site Accounts link to edit it to include your password, then save and you should be ready to list again.
