I am a new user and never posted an item with Vendio. My question is, does the eBay ITEM SPECIFICS box automatically show up on the ad? When I do the eBay preview, it is displayed on the top, but not in the actual ad. I do not want it to show up on my ads. Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure what Item Specific Box you are referring to. The section, when you are creating an auction, titled "Item Specific" will show up in the add. This section covers different areas of the auction and these specifics will show up in their respective places. (ie. shipping details will show in the shipping section)
Best Regards,

Hi Snap'
The Item Specifics you are probably referring to has spaces for brand, madel, condition etc. right? If so, this is a feature primarily used for items that require "specific details". For example if your were selling a marquis cut 1 carat diamond ring with a platinum mounting. You would use the "Item Specifics" box to detail this information and make it available for the prospective bidder to view. Item Specifics are only used on certain listings and you must opt-in to utilize it, otherwise it just shows up blank, if it shows at all.
Hope this helps.
