I have used your help section which simply says to click on gallery dial and choose picture from drop down. My drop down stays "not selected" and does not allow me to use it. New user, really frustrated that it has taken me 6 hours to try and load one item on an auction. Can you help?? Crystal

Hi Crystal
It sounds like you have not uploaded your pictures.
Click on Manage Images under Sales Manager. You will see some blank spaces with a browse button beside it. Click on this button and find your picture on your hard drive. Then click on Upload. It will bring your picture into Vendio. You should then have it listed in the drop down window when selecting a gallery picture. Be sure to mark the little dot on the left.
However, if you have added the picture in the auction at the top of the page, it should already be uploaded.

Hi Crystal,
eBay does not accept bitmap images into the gallery, which are what you have uploaded to image hosting. If you can convert those to jpeg images, they will show up in the gallery drop down, so you can submit it as a gallery image.

Hi Crystal,
I had this problem. Open the folder that stores images on your computer, highlight the image, click "save as" and where the blank space is provided for naming the file, change the **.bmp extension to **.jpg. (For example if your photo is stored as: "Feb 21#01.bmp" you would change it to read "Feb21#01.jpg" click "save"
This solved my problem, hope it helps you.
