I'm on the flat rate premium plan. A transaction to an Italian buyer fell through due to the high cost of shipping and duty. The selling price was good, with multiple bidders so I did a second chance offer.
I got billed .80 for image hosting for what was essentially a relist to a very restricted audience. Yuck. Isn't there anyway of having that be covered by the .20/listing fee? Are you working to make 2nd chance offer accessible thru post sale management?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not support 2nd chance listings through Sales Manager. We are currently evaluating support for this feature. Since you are on a monthly plan, image hosting is free for you, so you should not have received an image hosting bill from us. When you list a 2nd chance offer, you can import the listing into Sales Manager before it gets bought by the customer so that you may use post sale on the item.
