I have all my listing scheduled for months ahead, and just last week I had over 4 pages not relist because of an error message. (See Below) I did the manual relisting on 20 to 30...but is there a way to fix this quicker, and is this fixed?

wekonnect....welcome to the club.

I, and plenty of others are in the same boat as you.

auctions not listing from inventory, recurrring, or pending listings because of a change vendio says on "ebays" part.

I know what you mean about manually going into each auction...it's insane.

Vendio better write a program or something to fix all of our auctions that have this problem.

I can't afford to re-edit over 2000 auctions in my inventory.

Hello,

Actually, this is the result of eBay making some changes to the attributes of the category you were listing to when these were trying to launch.

If you simply resubmit those items from pending, they will list without error now.

Christopher

Christopher

I just tried relaunching the items from my pending listings that all contain the "errror" message and they still did not launch. They come back with the same error message

Can you please check it out for me.

Maybe the auctions need to be relisted frmo inventory instead of pending since they have the error message.

Please let me know

Thanks

Hi Chris
I did what was suggested regarding the relaunch and the came back in error.
a/ I tried a batch of 35

b/ I tried a batch of 5 watercolors

c/ I tried 2...

They all showed up back in the error column...

What can we try now...?...

Thanks
Richard

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, we will need to check into this further and get back to you.

When I tested this I clicked on the title of the item first, didnt make any changes, then simply resubmitted it and it went through without error. For some reason even though no changes are made, eBay is accepting the listing after it has been edited first, but not when you simply resubmit.

For right now, click on the title of the item, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Launch Now' button and they should do just that.

Christopher

Can you guys please help figure this out.

Sonya says i have to re-edit my auctions and Christopher says it will be fixed on your end.

There is no way I can re-edit over 2000 auctions..I am losing $$ and time over this.

Couldn't a program be written to solve this?

I listed about 250 items tonight and 70 of them showed up in Pending as errors, so I relisted them directly from pending, and when I checked my items on ebay, I was shocked to see that they all were listed twice! I'm not sure why this happened.

Has this been sent to your engineers?

This isn't something that can slide by.

I and I think others depertly need this fixed.

Any feedback on this manner would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I have forwarded your comments to engineering. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to edit each one.

Goodbuys2 -- usually when you have an auction error out in pending, we recommend that you check eBay first before you relaunch just in case some of them made it to auction and are live. This will help you avoid duplicates.

Regards,

Sonya
