Can I rename images in Image Hosting somewhere? Somehow when I uploaded images they did not retain the new name I gave them.

You will need to download it, rename it, upload again with the new name. If it conflicts with the image in already in your account, you can delete the original completely (even from the recycle bin) and you should be fine.
