1. Error 5028: Invalid Value. (17:45)
* Value given for "Country/Region" is invalid.

OK, let's try this again.
I have went through alot of my items in my inventory that come up with this error when I try to launch them.
First of all, none of my auctions in my inventory have the "country/region" item specific selected...so why still the error?
The only item specific that are selected are:
DATE OF CREATION
SUBJECT
COLOR
FRAMING
If you would like to see an example for yourself, please go into my Inventory folder called "AVN 2004" and you will notice that all 294 auctions with catagory 14280 have the above item specifics ONLY selected.....there is NO COUNTRY/REGION is selected in any of them.
What I still don't understand is how you can say it is an eBay error and ALL 2000 of my auctions need to be re-edited when the item specifics does not even contain the "country/region" choice selected.....and more importantly that when I click on the error auction in my pending folder and I SAY "ONLY CLICK ON" IT AND THEN LAUNCH IT, it launchs with no problem at all.
How can it be an ebay problem, when i make NO CHANGES TO IT?
Can you please let me know what your techincal team comes up with as soon as you find out anything?

Can you please explain then why the need to edit when it launches once the auction is opened in "pending" and NO CHANGES are made?
The country/region error affects specific categories. The old value that was previously saved there is no longer available in that drop down, but when you open up the site specifics for that listing, the obsolete value is ignored and is no longer highlighted for country/region. This is why all you have had to do is open up the listing as if you were to edit it, and then launch it without any changes. We never said that it was an eBay problem.
As I stated before in the other post on this issue, I have forwarded your comments on this change to engineering to see if there is something we might be able to do for your inventory items.
