HELP! I am trying to set up this process using a UPS file (UPS Online WorldShip). I am following the 53 steps for first time users and am stuck on #8 (Enter the path of the file into the text box. It says if you are not sure of the exact path, click on the browse button. How do I find the CSV file? Do I need to create one in the Vendio system first? What do I do?
You can export your CSV file from the Export shipping page -- there will be a list of available auctions you can export, with selection boxes to the left of them, and an Export button at the bottom. It is probably easiest to export it to your desktop so you don't have any trouble locating it later.
