I see in the FAQ's that the WBN can now be used independently of Checkout. I have had a death in the family (my uncle) and must leave town early tomorrow am with scads of auctions ending and no access to email. Is there a way to turn the WBN on for already listed auctions? THanks.

Hi Neglus,
To turn on the WBN for your active listings, go to Active in Sales Manager, select all your listings, and click the Set WBN icon. On the next page you should see a column to your right for the auto WBN, with either 'on' or 'off' for each item. Anything that says off, you will want to select and then click the on/off button. This turns on the WBN. You can also edit WBNs for your listings on this page -- you would just need to select an auction and click on Edit WBN.

Thanks Sonya..I turned on the WBN on the auctions for the next three days..just want to confirm that there will be "no Vendio Checkout" instructions or buttons in the WBN.
The WBN includes a link to Checkout, there is no way to remove this. You can include any text in the WBN that you want, however it might not stop some people from clicking on the link in the WBN.

Ok- I guess I have to go with it since I need an automated WBN. You might want to change the FAQ's then ..it says there that WBN is INDEPENDENT of checkout.

Here it is:
Do I need to use WBNs when I use Vendio Checkout? or Do I need to use Vendio Checkout when I use WBNs?
The Vendio Checkout button can be used with or without Winning Bidder Notifications (WBNs), and vice-versa. During the create and edit listing process, you can independently choose whether a listing will include the Vendio Checkout button or whether a WBN will be sent automatically once it closes with a winner.
We recommend you use the Vendio Checkout button and WBNs in tandem, to give your buyers more opportunities to use your preferred checkout method. After a buyer completes checkout for an item through either means, the Vendio Checkout button and the link at the bottom of their WBN will simply take them to the Order Confirmation page that appeared at the end of their checkout process.
