I was looking on ebay . Some auctions that use vendio to list. have a fog look on their pics. how do you do that. that looks great.. help .

Hello,

Do you still have the item ID number? If we can see the images, we will be able to let you know if it's something that can be done through our system, or something the seller did prior to uploading the images to our system.

You can do this with Microsoft Picture It! Photo 7.0 prior to uploading
