when I go to list on ebay, I am unable to select a category. I can enter a number for a category, but that means for every auction I list , I have to go to the enay category page and look it up.... a real waste of time. What's wrong?
Please try the following procedure:
1. In the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options...".
2. In the "Temporary Internet Files" frame, click "Delete Files", check "Delete all offline content" and then click OK.
3. Click "Settings".
4. Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages", click "Every time you start Internet Explorer".
5. Click OK, and then click OK again.
6. Quit and then restart Internet Explorer.
7. Go to the category selection page and, if fails to load properly, hit Ctrl+F5, perhaps multiple times.
Please let us know if the category page works after going through the above steps.
