I linked my paypal payments to my Vendio so I could be notified when a customer pays. I had 2 payments that have an exclamation mark next to them. Does that mean that they were paid by PayPal? The reason I ask is because I have another payment, also paid with PP, but there is no exclamation.
Your post sale section has three items that only have step 1 marked off. Did you archive the ones you were asking about? If you are referring to the note icon with the ! in it, that just means that the buyer has left you a message. You can view it if you click on it.

Thank you. The ! answers my one question. I didn't even notice the numbers off to the side. And yes, I had already archived my sales. But I have another question: once my invoices are archived, is there someplace I can view them in case I made an error? Many thanks.
