Good day!!! I have a question regarding using the vendio checkout. After the auction end a WBN will automatically send to my buyer is the shipping cost already included or just the amount of the item?
If they click the checkout on the auction after the auction close they couldn't proceed with the checkout because they couldn't include the shipment cost in the checkout. Please advice what to do? Please response ASAP thank you

After clicking the button checkout this is the error message "ERROR:
You must select a shipping method for all items."

What do you think i should do?

It would help me if you provided the item numbers so I could look at which item you are referring to. For this item, 3084949496, you can look in your post sale to see the WBN that was sent to your customer. This item sold for $500 and the $50 shipping was added to the WBN.

For items where you are calculating shipping, the shipping information will depend on the customer being able to enter it in.

The reason my buyer was able to used the check out for this item number 3084949496 is because i edit the WBN and i input the shipping cost by myself. My question is for example item num 3903441518 after the auction WBN will be automatically send to the buyer with a link below http://vendio.com/wbn.x/01000100000000003903441518xx/d45fe4ca5 when the buyer tried to click the checkout they can't proceed because they have to wait for me to edit the shipping in the WBN before they could proceed. The error message is " ERROR:
You must select a shipping method for all items" WHat should i do so they could immediately proceed with checkout and input their shipping cost? please advice

Hello,

Since you are importing you will have to edit each WBN to add in the shipping costs and the shipping method. Is there a specific reason why you are importing all your auctions? You can avoid all this by creating your listings through Vendio and setting up your checkout options during the create listing process.

Other than editing each WBN after the listing ends, you can edit them while they are live but you will have to do it individually. From Sales Manager, click on Active. Select all items and click on Set WBN. Select one item and click on Edit WBN -- then you will be able to edit the particulars of the WBN for that auction.

Sonya

I'm having a problem using your sales manager pro it's not user friendly. Is there a way for me to import all my inventory from ebay seller's assistant pro to sales manage pro? If yes please give me the steps to do it because i'm having a hard time figuring it out. One more reason i don't use the sales manager pro checkout it is because the paypal logo keeps on displaying, i don't want to display it because i don't accept paypal it is not available in our country. Editing each WBN while the listing is live is time consuming. Please give me a guide/steps to do i don't need to edit the WBN 1 by 1 and so my checkout will work properly once my buyer use it.

Please give me the steps when creating my listings through Vendio and setting up my checkout
options during the create listing process without displaying the paypal logo thank you.

Hello,

Please refer to this link for directions on how to import files into Pro. If your version type isn't supported, simply convert the file from Seller's Assistant Pro to a CSV, Excel or Access file and import it to Pro.

You do not have PayPal checked off so i am not sure where it is displaying. If you were to start listing through Vendio, you can set up your payment preferences in My Account > Global Preferences. If you leave the main box for PayPal unchecked, then it won't appear on your listings. Once you've finished with that, you can turn checkout or the auto WBN on, in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options. This section also has the default messages for your Checkout and your WBN, which you can edit if you wish. Additionally, while creating your listings, you can edit your payment options on the create listing page if you want to make them different for specific listings. If you have any questions while doing this, please let us know.

Since you are importing, there is no way around editing each listing one by one to customize the WBN for it. If you listed through Sales Manager you would not have this problem, as any defaults you specify in Vendio will apply. If there is a reason you are importing right now, please let us know so we can help you.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Huge888,

there are several wais to avoid editing WBNs for active listings so that in the end the buyer may use Vendio checkout successfully.
It would be a great help if you could provide us with at least one pending listing in order to do some routine checks.
