1. I am a bit confused on the pricing plan.
Let's say I list approx 600 auctions a month on ebay and I sign up for the GOLD PLAN.
Does that mean I get charged $6.95 a month (for the first 200) and then an additional $12 for the extra 400 items making my monthly bill $18.95.
I think I am correct in saying this. I just wanted to check.
2. In my Vendio Store I have adult/mature listings. Unlike eBay, anyone can view these listings.
What I am concerned with is that if I open up a Vendio gallley, these mature listings will show up in the Vendio Gallery and in turn I would be violating ebay policy by having adult listings (photos) in the regular section.
Would this happen, or is there a way to exclude certain items from being imported into the gallery.
Also, will the adult auctions that I have listed on ebay show up in my Vendio Gallery as well? Hopefully not, since it will be a violation.
You are correct in your outline of the Gallery fees - that is exactly how you'll be charged. Remember that eBay Store items are included in addition to eBay auctions, so you'll want to factor that in.
As for mature listings, unfortunately there is no way to exclude specific listings from appearing in your Gallery at this time. You could, however, select the manual insertion option and only place the Gallery in your adult listings. We may look at changing this at some point in the future.

Is there a preference where only the auctions I have on ebay be displayed in my Gallery and not the items in my Vendio Store?

please do try and change this in the future.
Maybe somehow you can add a checkbox or something to mature items that go into my vendio store.
This way, when I add them to the vendio gallery it recognizes that it is an adult auction and does not allow it to be listed list it in the Gallery.
If you list your Adult items as eBay auctions or eBay store listings, they will be automatically displayed in your Vendio Gallery. If you list them only in your Vendio Store, and not on eBay, they will not be displayed in your Gallery but they will be available for your buyers to add to their orders as they check out.

still a bit confused.
A couple of more questions for you.
1.I do not have an eBay store...only a Vendio Store.
So only items that I have listed on eBay will be in my Gallery..correct?
Nothing from my Vendio store will be listed in the Gallery...correct?

2. As far as the adult auctions go, will this be acceptable by eBay?
That is what I am not sure I understand or not.
I would think that since they are adult auctions they wouldn't show up in the Vendio Gallery since they are recognized by eBay as adult auctions and the photo wouldn't show up (containing nudity) in the preview thumbnail for the gallery.
I ask this since I don't want to sign up for the Gallery and have eBay shut me down for having adult photos listed in the regular section.

Only items that you have listed on eBay will be in your Vendio Gallery - that is correct.
As for your adult items: at this time, when we import item data for all your eBay and eBay Store listings, we are not filtering adult from non-adult items, so all item information (including images) are processed the same way.
This would result in images from the adult items appearing in the Vendio Gallery. This, when placed on a listing, could violate eBay's "Items for Mature Audiences" policy, either because adult item images were appearing on non-adult items, or because of the two image limit on adult listings (see http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/mature-audiences.html for eBay's Mature Audiences policy)
Please let us know if there is any additional information we can provide -- thanks --

thanks for clearing that up.
one more question

Will you be filtering the adult auctions anytime soon so I can use the Vendio Gallery?
I can't use it if you don't have it set up to eBay standards.
I would think that you would want your program not to violate any eBay policies.
We are working on the adult items filter for the Gallery and will let you know when it becomes available. As for the eBay mature items policy, because it states a two image limit on those listings, and because the Gallery shows multiple images, this could be interpreted as a policy violation. Therefore, just to be safe, once we filter out the adult items, our plan is to not show them in Vendio Gallery at all.
