The price is ridiculous! Especially for high volume sellers it just does not seem to be worth the price. Alot of the users over at the eBay board feel the exact same way.

I am going to give it a month or two, but I do agree that this will get costly for me. If I see an increase in sales from my store items and/or auction items which compensates the cost, then I'll probably continue with it - otherwise it will probably go by the wayside.

Just out of curiousity - why only a two-tier plan? Can't you add a third high volume-type plan say 19.95 a month for ???? listings. Or perhaps Sales Manager Plans at the prices you offer now without gallery and a flat rate Sales Manager plan with gallery.

You advertise "Take advantage of your lower listing prices in your store with gallery, but actually using this feature increases those costs - .03 (with pic) to Ebay then .20 to Vendio plus another .03 to Vendio for this feature.

Hey, I think you guys did a bang-up job! They look sleek, professional and they really stand out against the competition.
Bravo.

But, with the Ebay cost increase and all the other nickel and dime fees piling up another .03 weighs heavy on the bottom line.

I won't use GAllery because I use a storefront template and a "see my Gallery" in my listing that takes them to the ebay auctions I have in my storefront. Of course it is hard to miss that little area to the left that shows that I have 9000 more items that might interest them.

Hi Ninerfanzz,

If you still want to close your gallery, go to My Account > My Payment Plans and click on the 'see other plans' link for Gallery. You'll see a link to the bottom of that page that allows you to close the gallery.

Sonya

What am I missing here?

If I list 1500 auctions a month, I calculate the cost to be 6.95 + 39.00 (.03 x 1300) = 45.95.

The .02 Store listing makes up for a minor part of this.

Is this wrong?

In that I list quite a bit more than 1500 auctions, I do agree that the gold plan is hardly a major incentive to the big listers.

That "gold" plan is really the silver plan.

Waiting for the "gold" plan.
