I have over 20 auctions on at present and only a few are showing in the new gallery. I waited a few days, but its still very sporadic. Also, a gallery picture shows for 3807981870 but the pictures dont show on the actual auction at all???? This is the second time that this happened. Its not a listing error on my part, because when I relisted the same auction the pictures were fine. Very frustrating! Please help
For the issue with item 3807981870, the problem might be that you did not successfully attach the image to the listing but you did select a gallery image. Remember that you have to click the blue "Attach Image" button under the preview or the image will not attach to the listing.
As far as the gallery goes, in order to keep the item information in the Galleries as up-to-date as possible, our system relies on getting timely and accurate item information from eBay. The average expected lag-time between when eBay has updated item information and when it is reflected in your Galleries is 1 to 2 hours.
At this time, we are aware of an issue where eBay seems to be dropping certain item information updates and not reporting them to us. We are working closely with eBay to determine why this is happening and why it seems to be affecting some user accounts more than others.
We apologize for any inconvenience the causes you and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Thanks for your information Diana, you may be right about me neglecting to attach a picture correctly, but the gallery is my main problem. It makes my auctions look very incomplete and unprofessional to have all those twisting stars with a few pictures between them. I trust I wont be billed for the time that it doesnt work. Heres hoping that you and eBay work out the differences SOON!!!!!
When your item page first loads, the "star" graphic will appear in your Gallery as a placeholder to indicate that the item images are being obtained from our system and loaded into the Gallery. Over slower connections and on slower systems, this loading process will take longer than over faster connections and on faster systems. You might want to try one of the other Gallery styles to see if the load time improves for your system.
Please let us know if you need any more information.
