I typed some information in the payment instructions about combined shipping and it does not show up when I preview my template before launching. What am I doing incorrect?
Also, where could I type information about returns? Thanks
The information you type in the Payment Instructions box in eBay Site Specifics is for ebay and Paypal's checkout. It appears at the very bottom of the listing when you list your item and will not show up in the Vendio preview, as it pertains to the ebay checkout. If you want it to show in the preview and higher in the template, we recommend you place that text in Custom Listing Text -- which is a section in your My Account tab. You can also store your Returns information there.
Thanks for the information. How do I change the Customs Listing Text in the files I have in Pending Status? I know I can change the template and edit this area, will the pending items pull from the revised template?
I don't want to try and mess up all my work.

It's a global setting, so if you change it before your pending items list, they will list with the new custom listing text. After you change your custom listing text, do a preview on one of your pending listings -- you should see the new text.
I just listed one item in EBay using a different template from my last listing. This listing is larger than a normal sized screen. Is there anyway to fix this before I list the other 12 items. You have to scroll back & forth to read the listing. Is my image size causing this problem? Thanks
