Some of my auctions are not sending WBN through vendio. This started about 2 weeks ago, and I just checked my closed auctions from this week and there are a few from the last 3 days that didn't have them sent again.
I haven't had problems since I started using mailstep, but all of a sudden...
Has something changed through Vendio that I need to check on to make sure everything is correct?
Just double check that the originals have the automatic WBN option turned on. I just checked all of your active listings and it looks like about 5 currently do not have the automatic WBN option enabled.
Go to the Sales Manager tab and click on the active link along the left hand side of the page. Select your items and click the Set WBN button to view their auto-wbn status.
The 5 I found were all on page 2, so if you go to this page and place a check beside these items, you can enable the automatic WBN for these items as well.

Well that is great, however, that doesn't really solve the recurring problem. My Vendio is set up to automatically send WBN when auctions close. For some reason, some are not setting up properly, even though I don't do anything differently beyond changing the text and categories when i use SMPRO. I will change those that you mentioned, however, what is the glitch? It shouldn't be doing this to begin with.

Now I am seeing that the "glitch" has to do with your latest version of SMPRO's way of adding inventory through Vendio Stores. All of the items that didn't have the WBN set up were items from my inventory that were added after I updated to the latest version.
I hope that Vendio will make necessary adjustments to fix the extra work created for sellers by making us upload to stores, then go online and make us do the Ebay Specifics. It is too tedious, and leaves room for mistakes, costing us money and time.
When I grow up I want to be a software engineer for Vendio... Then I can make listing inventory items as easy as the non-inventory items.

Be nice??? I am being nice. Hundreds of people complained left and right about the changes made regarding setting up inventory items when they released the current version.
It is very time consuming, even with Cable Internet. I would hate to have dial up and have to spend all that extra time, especially if you have several items going into inventory.
